We build the software.
You keep the books.
Alevate makes accounting and operations software for businesses in Pakistan — shops, warehouses, factories, agencies and the groups that own several of them. Building since 2025, two products, one subscription each, and a line we do not cross: the books are yours and they stay yours.

Where the line is
Four things we will not do
Most of what a company says about itself cannot be checked. These can — by watching what we do on the first call, and every month after it.
We do not keep your books
Alevate sells software on a subscription. We are not your bookkeeper, your accountant, your auditor or your CA. The people who enter and approve entries are your own team, and the figures are answered for by you. Training and support are about how the software works — never about whether a number is right.
We do not read your numbers
We do not scan your ledger for insights, we do not email you about your margins, and we do not compile what our clients are doing into anything. Your books are yours. We look at your data when you ask us to help with a problem, and not otherwise.
We do not fork the system for one client
When a business needs something the standard system does not do, it is built as its own module with its own name and its own screen — never as a quiet change to the shared core that every other client silently inherits. It is scoped and quoted in writing before anything starts.
We do not tell you it does something it does not
If your business does something we have not built, you hear it on the call rather than in month two. A demonstration is a real bill of yours, photographed while you watch, not a prepared file that was always going to work.
Two products
One keeps the ledger. One runs the operation.
Alevate Books
The accounting system. Ledger, sales and purchases, inventory, production and costing, payroll, fixed assets, bank reconciliation and reports — with a phone app so a bill is captured where the paper is.
Everything it does →MyUmrah CRM
The operations system for travel agencies and Umrah operators — bookings, passengers, suppliers and departures. It does no accounting of its own. It hands the money events to Books, which posts them.
How the two join →That split is deliberate and we hold it even when a client asks for one system. An operations tool that also keeps a ledger ends up with two versions of the truth and no way to tell which is wrong. So the operation runs in one, the money is posted in the other, and a connector carries it across.
What it is built on
Decisions made once, and not revisited
- Money is never a decimalEvery figure is held in whole paisa and fils. Floating-point arithmetic drifts, and a ledger that drifts is not a ledger.
- Double entry, or nothingThere is no mode where the books stop balancing to make a screen easier to build.
- One business cannot see anotherSeparate books per business, roles that stop where a person’s job stops, and report links that expire.
- Built for here, not adapted to hereRupees, withholding, filer status, and the way a Pakistani manufacturer actually costs a job — not a Western package with a currency setting.

Bring a bill you have not entered yet
We photograph it on the call and you watch the draft entry come back. It is a better demonstration than anything we could write here.
